Do you ship worldwide and how much does the shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers domestic and international shipping with tracking. We offer free shipping and no VAT - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just as we want it.
How long does it take to ship and process your products?
Shipping and delivery times:
USA : 7-12 days.
Europe: 7-12 days.
International orders: 10-14 days.
Treatment times
It can sometimes take 1-3 days to process orders after ordering before they are shipped. We do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your goods have been shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email with a tracking number.
If you have not received a message or the tracking number does not work, you do not need to worry. Contact us and we will solve it!

Unexpected delays
In some cases, the delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times specified above. Most of these delays are due to international customs clearance, which we can not control. Contact us if your package takes too long to arrive and we will work with you to solve the problem.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to help you solve any problems.
Guidelines
Returns are valid within 90 days of purchase. Any discounts received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the return is processed. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
